CHAD NIGHTINGALE- OWNER

Chad Nightingale is the founder and owner of Nightingale Co. A licensed Builder and General Contractor, he started Nightingale Co. in 2002 and grew the company while maintaining a dedicated and committed emphasis on design and craftsmanship. Passionate about design and architecture, Chad has been involved in construction since the age of 15. A former finish carpenter, he now incorporates that creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of the company. Being a purist at heart, Chad relies heavily on the timeless traditions of his craft to successfully accomplish challenging and innovative projects. He is strongly versed in every aspect of the industry and always looks forward to bringing his client’s projects to life!

CHRISTOPHER NIGHTINGALE-CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chris is our Project Operations Specialist. All the back-end details of the project flow through him, from scheduling, permits, subcontractor negotiations, to cash flow. His background in operations, and having worked for a large-scale broadcasting company, brings proficiency and technical ability to his craft.

ALAN KRAUS- PURCHASING MANAGER

A dynamic professional infusing positive vibes into the world of selections and people operations at Nightingale Company. With a 12-year stint as the General Manager at a leading Home Improvement store, I've mastered the art of fostering happy, productive teams. At Nightingale, I'm the go-to person for all things selections-related, ensuring our projects shine. My secret weapons? An infectious positive attitude, an outgoing personality that turns colleagues into friends, and a knack for transforming challenges into opportunities. CLAIRE ROWLAND- PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Claire is a interior design graduate from Baker College. She works with us to make sure a design eye is put into every detail of our projects. Working with our clients, designers, architects, and staff to make sure the details are clear and accessible.

JAMES HALPERT- CARPENTER

James Halpert is a dedicated employee at Nightingale Company, where his commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensure every project concludes on a positive note. James has honed his skills in managing complex projects, always prioritizing client satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. Beyond his professional life, James is a devoted family man who values the time spent with his loved ones. His strong family ties inspire his approach to work, where he treats every project and client with the same care and respect he extends to his own family. At Nightingale Company, James’s leadership and genuine passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces make him an invaluable asset. His goal is to not only meet but exceed client expectations, ensuring that every project is a testament to the company’s high standards and his personal commitment to excellence.

MATTHEW MARCHESI- CUSTOM FINISHES LEAD

Matthew Marchesi has been in the trades for decades and joined the team as the Paint and Custom Finish Superintendent. Matthew has a strong commitment to an excellent product and excels at training and motivating his team to meet Nightingale Company’s exceptional standards. Matthew is often drawn to challenges as he enjoys finding innovative solutions to problems. His commitment to direct and open communication paired with his extensive knowledge and experience have made his projects flourish.

CHUCK RICCI- AREA MANAGER

Oversees projects with a focus on coordination between clients, subcontractors, and in-house team members to ensure smooth execution and communication. Chuck is a dedicated team player who consistently puts others before himself. Known for his strong work ethic and reliability, he brings steady leadership and support to every job site.

REGGIE SANDERS- SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

With a laser focus on quality and craftsmanship, Reggie brings a positive attitude to every project—ensuring not only exceptional results but also an enjoyable experience for our clients.

A licensed Residential Builder with over 27 years of experience, Reggie has worked across the full spectrum of construction, from new builds to complex remodels and renovations.

Outside of work, Reggie enjoys spending time with his family and staying active. His dedication, expertise, and approachable nature make him a valued leader on our team.

JOSH PRANGE- WARRANTY MANAGER

Josh Prange was born and raised here in Rochester, MI. His love for creating things and learning how things work lead him to Nightingale. He is gaining experience in all areas of the industry as works alongside the more experienced craftsmen. He is enjoying carpentry and hopes to build a long lasting career of it here at Nightingale.

JOURDAN ROBLES- PROJECT MANAGER

Jourdan Robles joined the Nightingale Team as a site supervisor. With a background in design, she brings an eye for balance and aesthetic to the many details of the project. Her excellent communication and organization skills help clients feel at ease throughout the construction process. She works as a liaison between the client/designer and the trades, and manages the job from the start of construction through its finish phase, to help make the client's dream space a reality.

TALIA- OFFICE MANAGER

Talia ensures that day-to-day office functions run smoothly and efficiently. Supports the staff and manages communication across all departments. Talia is approachable, always ready to help, and strives for a positive and productive office environment.

STEVE ROCCA- AREA MANAGER

Steve supports the successful execution of our projects by assisting trades with day-to-day operations and ensuring each job site is properly set up and ready for work. He works closely with the Project Manager to keep things running smoothly and efficiently on site. When he's not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with his two children and dogs.

SAM EVANS- ESTIMATING

Sam crunches all the numbers as our Project Estimator. He has worked on many sides of the building industry, and uses his experience efficiently to bridge the gap from budgeting to starting your perfect build or home transformation, seamlessly.

SYDNEY WILKIE- Junior Designer

As a Junior Designer at Nightingale Company, Sydney supports Claire and Chad with construction drawings, design prints, client meetings, and a variety of project needs. She plays a key role in keeping the design process running smoothly with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.

Sydney holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Adrian College, where she also competed in cross country and track. A lifelong runner, she’s currently training for her first full marathon. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and drawing inspiration from her favorite design style—mid-century modern.
