Matthew Marchesi has been in the trades for decades and joined the team as the Paint and Custom Finish Superintendent. Matthew has a strong commitment to an excellent product and excels at training and motivating his team to meet Nightingale Company’s exceptional standards. Matthew is often drawn to challenges as he enjoys finding innovative solutions to problems. His commitment to direct and open communication paired with his extensive knowledge and experience have made his projects flourish.

Dustin is the Millwork Team Lead at Nightingale Company, where he helps guide a team of skilled carpenters to complete seamless cabinet and millwork installations. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors—hiking, biking, camping, paddle boarding, and snowboarding—and spends his downtime painting, sculpting, woodworking, drumming, and creating comics with his son.
