Where we work

We're based in downtown Rochester and build throughout Oakland County and Metro Detroit. Our portfolio includes homes in Rochester, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Lake Orion, Oakland Township, Northville, and Washington Township.

Our role

Depending on the project, we act as builder, general contractor, or construction manager. We offer design services and bring in trusted architects and interior designers. Pre-construction and budgeting are part of every project.

Working with architects and designers

Already have an architect or designer? We join the team during pre-construction to price the design and keep it buildable within your budget. Don't have one yet? We start with your budget and goals, then introduce you to design professionals we trust. Partners on past projects include CBI Architects, MWA, and Moz Interiors.

How a project runs

  1. Conversation and budget. We talk through your goals, site, and investment range.

  2. Pre-construction. Scope, design coordination, and detailed budgeting.

  3. Selections. Finishes are chosen with our purchasing team in our Rochester showroom.

  4. Construction. A dedicated project manager runs the site, and you follow schedule, selections, and budget in our client portal.

  5. Finish and closeout. Our own millwork and custom-finishes teams complete the details before final walkthrough.
